SGM, Inc. has been working in Peru for over seven years doing work with the spiritually and physically impoverished in various areas throughout the nation.
In late 2009 Rev. John Fransisco invited Matt & Aracelli Cullipher to come on board in Lima, Peru and to oversee the opening of the first ever Teen Challenge center in the nation of Peru!
The center will be located in a notorious area of Peru on the outskirts of the city of Lima. Villa El Salvador is a neighborhood that is known throughout Peru for it's violence, gangs, prostitution, drug addictions, and even worse!
We have the privilege, honor, and difficult task of going into this area to do street ministry alongside Oswaldo Medina (a local who has been working with addicts for years and was recently trained by Teen Challenge to help implement their program) and to raise up a Teen Challenge Center there in the heart of the enemy's territory!
Please pray about joining us in this amazing endeavor to reach the people of Peru with the gospel and hope of Jesus Christ!
